I was wondering if there are any ORIGINAL copies of the book Shah Nameh still around in Afghanistan or Iran. My family were saying during the 80's people that fled chose to sell most of their belongings so the chances of finding those books in Afghanistan is very minimal. They said I'd either find it in Iran or Pakistan. What do you think?? Are there still any original copies of the text shah nameh around anywhere??
